ANC claims it is not broke amid delays in staff salaries

The African National Congress (ANC) party claims it is not broke, however, admits it has cash-flow problems. This is after the staff was not paid on the expected date again.

In a letter to ANC staff, the party informed them it was not yet in a position to pay outstanding salaries for July.
