Apply for R350 grant on Facebook messenger

Application for the Covid 19 SRD grant.

The WhatsApp channel is currently undergoing technical difficulties.

The SASSA Website is receiving applications but the service is slower than usual due to the amount of clients applying through this channel.

SASSA has added two new online channels to the roll-out, namely https://govchat.app/login and on Facebook messenger https://www.facebook.com/govchat.org.

These digital platforms are now open to receive applications for the new Social Relief of Distress (SRD) Grant.

Clients should remember that they can apply through the whole month of August to be considered for August.
