The case against DJ Warras, whose real name is Warrick Stock, has been postponed to May 27, 2026, after crucial investigative documents were found to be missing.
The accused, Armindo Pacula and Victor Majola, face charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Both remain in custody until their next court appearance.
The delay comes as the court awaits financial records, cellphone data, and facial comparisons. The State is also preparing an indictment to move the case to the high court for trial.
State prosecutor Vincent Mochabela told the court on Wednesday that investigations are still incomplete.
“In a month’s time, it will be ready. Financial information regarding the accused is still outstanding, including call data, cellphone downloads, and the drafting of the indictment,” he said.
