Radio presenter takes a break from work, cites depresion

Kaya fm radio presenter Dineo Ranaka has been scheduled off following her recent suicidal thoughts on Instagram.

The Kaya 959 radio presenter shared her latest thoughts on Instagram and told her 1.2 million followers that she is battling.

In her post, she wrote: “Because I am trying my best to NOT commit suicide. My mind is sooooo loud of late and life is f**king hard (crying emoji) so, f**king hard (crying emoji) and I’m trying my best but it seems my best us not enough.”

Media personality Dineo Ranaka has been speaking out about her mental health issues in recent weeks.

The Kaya 959 radio presenter shared her latest thoughts on Instagram and told her 1.2 million followers that she is battling.

Kaya FM where Dineo hosts the morning show, wished the radio presenter a speedy recovery

“Kaya 959 wishes breakfast show host Dineo Ranaka much strength as she finds a way through a difficult time,” the station’s statement starts off.

“Dineo hasn’t been on air this morning after openly sharing her struggles on social media,” reads the statement from the managing director of the station Colleen Louw.”
