Eastern Cape Hawks on Wednesday made a breakthrough, this is after they apprehended a mother and two middle-aged men for human trafficking. The mother is accused of selling her two teenage daughters to middle-aged men in return for money.
The two teenage daughters aged 13 and 15 were offered to the male suspects to perform sexual activities from February 2019. Hawks spokesperson, Yolisa Mgolodela says the three suspects were arrested in East London with the assistance of the K9 Unit in King Williams Town.
