Former Eskom CEO to expose corruption at Eskom
Four months later after his controversial resignation as Eskom CEO, André de Ruyter is expected to make a formal submission to Parliament on Wednesday on alleged corruption at the power utility.
De Ruyter made a shocking statement during an interview with eNCA where he alleged that the African National Congress (ANC) politicians ignored his complaints about corruption happening at the power utility worth billions of rands.
Following the tell-all interview, Parliament’s standing committee on public accounts (Scopa) requested De Ruyter to appear before Parliament. Scopa chairperson Mkhuleko Hlengwa: “He’s got a submission he’s going to be making and he’s going to speak to that, and then he will field questions.”
