State of the art worth 89 million rands officially unveiled in KwaBhaca
Premier Oscar Mabuyane officially unveiled the newly refurbished state of the art office park at KwaBaca, Eastern Cape on Friday. The office park was a former hospital and has since been converted into five office provincial departments.
According to the MEC of Public Works, Babalalo Madikizela the project costs about R89 million and it took about three years due to covid-19.
The offices were built on an old Marry Teresa hospital which was destroyed by fire 5 years back. The office park is named after Alfred Nzo Region born political activist, Thobile Bam.
Briefing the media, Mabuyane said the sub-district offices will be nicely accommodated and people will be able to work in a decent place.
Premier also said that the 6th administration is working towards bringing back all offices that are currently under other provinces.
