Nine pupils sustained injuries after scholar transport collided with a bakkie in Lena Ahrens Road near Rhodes Avenue in Glenwood, Durban while on their way home from school on Monday afternoon.
ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said the children received medical assistance at the scene, while were taken to various hospitals for further treatment.
The accident comes after 14 pupils died when their scholar transport collided with a tipper-truck in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng.
