Magashule not backing down without a fight

This morning it was confirmed that the Secretary-General of the African National Congress served the Luthuli House with court papers challenging the constitutionality of the step aside resolution. The Secretary-General is among the leaders facing charges, including corruption .fraud and money laundering during the time he was a minister in the Free State Province. Magashule refused to step aside when the NEC issued a letter of suspension, instead, issue a letter suspending the party president, Cyril Ramaphosa.

Reports say that Economic Freedom Fighter’s Chairperson, Dali Mpofu will represent Magushule in court.

Magashule also demands that his suspension lifted.
