The second suspect in the murder case of media personality Warras Stock, has been charged with murder and contravention of the Immigration Act.
Armando Joaquin, 25, made a brief appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrates court on Monday.
His case has been postponed to February 9.
The 25-year-old was arrested during a Crime Intelligence-led operation in the Marathon informal settlement in operation in Primrose on Friday night.
Stock was gunned down on December 16, 2025, as he exited a building near the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg’s central business district.
The first suspect, Victor Majola, 44, was denied bail last week, and his case was postponed to this month for further investigation.
