Swallows FC shows interest in midfielder Andile Jali
Swallows FC have opened formal talks to sign midfielder Andile Jali to their squad ahead the start of the 2023/24 season.
The midfielder is a free agent after leaving Mamelodi Sundowns two months ago. His agent Mike Maakab recently suggested that a move to Asia was a possibility.
Jali is a former Orlando Pirates player with 49 international appearances for Bafana Bafana and has spent time in Belgium at KV Oostende before he returned home to join Sundowns in 2018 – under then coach Pitso Mosimane.
The 33-year-old also has seven league titles under his belt. Two with Pirates during their double-treble days, and five more during his stint with The Brazilians.
