TS Galaxy Puso Dithejane joins Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire FC

Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire FC have completed the signing of South African winger Puso Dithejane.

The club stated, “We’re adding one of South Africa’s best young attacking players to our team. His dynamic energy will add depth to our squad this season, while also setting the foundation for him to continue developing and strengthening the team for many seasons to come.”

Dithejane joins on a long-term deal that runs through the 2029/30 campaign, with an option for an additional season.

“I am excited and honoured to join this lovely club and be part of something special. I can’t wait to get on pitch, give my all and and play in front of you. See you soon Chicago, said Dithejane.

The 21-year-old becomes the second South African at Chicago Fire FC following the arrival of Bafana Bafana defender Mbekezeli Mbokazi.

The clubs are set to begin the new MLS season with a trip to Houston on February 22.
